Refund policy
DAHLIA TUBERS
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have an issue with your tubers, to start a return, you can contact us at growwithfarmlet@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to our address.
If your return is accepted and is deemed to be reasonable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SEEDLING MAIL
If you have any concerns about your seedlings, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving them. Please email photos of any concerns to growwithfarmlet@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you are not happy with your item/s.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your dahlia tuber return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
