Dahlia Tuber Sale Information

 

Welcome to our 2026 dahia tuber pre - sale.

Please have a read below for some information about our sale. 

As this is a presale, your dahlia tubers will be carefully stored over winter and sent out in spring 2026.

Shipping timing depends on when the tubers naturally begin to “eye up,” so an exact date can’t be confirmed just yet. In previous seasons, this has typically fallen around September–October. Shipping is based on current rates. If there are any significant increases before dispatch in September/October, we’ll be in touch prior to sending.

- If a dahlia variety does not store well and we do not have enough stock to cover pre-sales then we will contact you and offer replacement or refund of the tuber/s we cannot supply. Hopefully the tubers store well and this is not required. As a dahlia tuber purchaser myself I understand how frustrating this can be so we will be doing everything we can to ensure they store well. 

- Some varieties of dahlia have big tubers, some varieties have smaller tubers. As long as a tuber is at least the size of a AAA battery and has an eye, it has the potential to grow into a beautiful healthy plant just like any other tuber. Our tubers are checked for eyes before sending out. 

- We will be having another sale in spring after pre-sale tubers have been shipped/accounted for. Unfortunately we cannot combine shipping between our pre-sale in autumn and our sale in spring, We can however combine shipping if you make multiple orders in our pre-sale on Thursday the 2nd April, 2026. Please email us with your order numbers within 48 hours of your last order and we will refund any additional shipping. 

- If you are getting your tubers shipped to a rural address - please choose rural shipping so we do not have to email you asking you to pay the extra for rural shipping.
