Dahlia Tuber Sale Information

 

Welcome to our 2025 spring dahia tuber sale. Please have a read below for some information about our sale. 

When selling tubers in a pre-sale, we will store the dahlia tubers over winter and send them out to you in spring 2025. The exact date is unknown as it will depend on when the tubers start to eye up. In previous years this has been in October. Our spring sale tubers will be sent after the sale. Sending usually commences the week after the sale occurs. 

- If a dahlia variety does not store well and we do not have enough stock to cover pre-sales then we will contact you and offer replacement or refund of the tuber/s we cannot supply. Hopefully the tubers store well and this is not required. As a dahlia tuber purchaser myself I understand how frustrating this can be so we will be doing everything we can to ensure they store well. 

- Some varieties of dahlia have big tubers, some varieties have smaller tubers. As long as a tuber is at least the size of a AAA battery and has an eye, it has the potential to grow into a beautiful healthy plant just like any other tuber. Our tubers are checked for eyes before sending out. 

- Unfortunately we cannot combine shipping between our pre-sale in autumn and out sale in Spring.

- If you are getting your tubers shipped to a rural address - please choose rural shipping so we do not have to email you asking you to pay the extra for rural shipping.
